Hope everyone had a lovely Easter/Spring Break!
Our spring break was spent in Florida. We kinda hopped around the state, acting like tourists. I lived in Florida for almost 20 years, never having gone to the places we went to this past week! We had oodles of fun, with just a couple of exceptions. (Like the 13 hour car ride back home!)

The Kennedy Space Center was pretty cool! More fun than I thought it would be.

ANIMAL KINGDOM AT DISNEY WORLD
Having lived in Florida for all those years, I know that Spring Break is not the time to visit any Disney theme parks. But we went anyway. Four hundred dollars and this is all we saw. Oh, and we waited in line for hours to go on two rides. I highly recommend taking a trip to Disney during a non-holiday time. The crowds make everyone ornery. (Yes I may be talking about myself. 
)

SANIBEL ISLAND
Our hotel was located right outside Sanibel Island. Lovely!

FAMILY VISIT
Finally, we visited my Sister and her family. I got to meet my grand-nephew for the first time!
