Repurposing is a great way to rethink what you already have or bring to life something old and non functional.  I love to thrift shop.  I’m at the Habitat Restores weekly (much to hubby’s dismay! ha!), as well as my local antique/thrift shops.  When you have ideas in your head before you go, it’s easier to imagine what a piece of “junk” has the potential to be.  I came across some pictures of repurposed drawers.  Who knew there’s so much you could do with a drawer!  Now I won’t look at an old table or dresser the same way again.  If the dresser’s bones are falling apart, take a look at the drawers.  Older dressers were made with a lot more details than they are today.  Don’t forget to check out the hardware on them too!  You could have a very unique accent piece for your home if you keep your eyes open to the possibilities.
